The McClain family hired Bay Cities Construction to design, remodel, and refresh their beachside condo in Redondo Beach, CA.
This condo features spectacular ocean views, but the previous owners hadn't updated the home since the 1980's. We started by picking a lighter shade of interior paint to make use of all the natural light.The living space & dining area got new engineered-wood flooring throughout along with new lighting features. The "L Style" kitchen got brand new custom cabinets with granite countertops.
Throughout the project, Bay Cities Construction provided comprehensive services, including interior design, city submittal and permit services, project management, and construction and remodeling services.
