Can you believe this is the fourth (4th) project we've done for this homeowner? The Anzack family recently hired us to update the look of their peninsula kitchen. This kitchen was last remodeled in the 90's so it was definitely time for an upgrade.
The homeowner wanted a refined look, so we proposed dark espresso cabinets with contemporary finger pulls and she fell in love. This kitchen has all new prefab-cabinets and twin pantries with drawer pullouts.
The sink also received an upgrade with a new Kraus stainless steel sink & industrial-style faucet. We installed new ceramic flooring throughout, along with new quartz countertops, and new tiled backsplash in a brick pattern layout, it also features new recessed lighting, under-cabinet lights, and pendant lights over the peninsula.
This kitchen was built on a modest budget, but our team installed a new subfloor, new flooring, new electrical, new PEX water lines, new lighting, new cabinetry, and new countertops.
