The owner, Alex Rodriguez was very cooperative, and allowed us to make a number of changes in what we had originally proposed for our bathroom remodel. The project took almost 8 weeks, when we thought it would only take about 4 weeks, but everyday there was a contractor, or sub-contractor on site. Our changes made the additional time understandable. The sub-contractors all had a problem with flu, which can attribute to the additional time to complete the project. Everyone was very professional and competent.
