In this article I want to discuss the different options available in the configuration of hardware and accessories available when you choose to install custom cabinets. As cabinet construction becomes more automated, it is with deliberateness that I strive to bring out detail in fit and finish. In order to maintain a truly custom look I mix up a special stain tone to match the masonry or counter top to be used. The tone should accentuate the natural movement of the stones to be set around the cabinets.

The amount of accessories available are only limited by the creativity of the designer. For dishes I recommend wide drawers with dowel separators. Forknives and forks I recommend built in dividers.
