The Bay Cities Construction Process

Schedule a Meeting: The first step is to schedule an initial consultation to talk about your needs, preferences, and budget.

Site Evaluation: Our team visits your home to assess the existing space and its potential for transformation.

Step 3

Design Brainstorming: We explore various design ideas, layouts, and functionalities that align with your vision and, most importantly, your budget!

Design Approval & Construction Drawings: The only way to get an accurate price for your project is to know the quantities of materials needed. Once you're satisfied with the design, our designer will create floor plans, cabinet elevations, and tile elevations so you know what the design will look like.

Step 5

Project Cost: You can be confident you will receive an accurate quote because the pricing is based on your selected items. Your cost is not based on "allowances;" but on the quantities of material and labor hours needed to complete each task. We will create a job scope that details the tasks to be completed, the materials to be used, and the total cost of labor and materials.

Step 6

Planning: By this phase, materials and costs have been determined, and our project manager, Casey, will complete your schedule. Once you approve a start date, Casey will give you a projected completion date. Your entire construction schedule will be uploaded online to your client portal. It will be available for you to review at your convenience. Casey will book all workers and arrange delivery of your materials. It is a turnkey process.
