Bay Cities Construction built two (2) ground-level Trex Composite patio decks.
The Friend family of Rolling Hills Estates hired Bay Cities Construction to design & build two new patio decks in their backyard, creating a perfect area to entertain guests and family in their huge backyard.
The backyard previously featured hardscaped areas that the homeowners wanted to convert into a lounge & entertainment space. We built a small 100 sqft ground-level patio, featuring Trex Composite decking, right beside the hot tub area. We also built a larger 250 sqft patio deck beside the pool with plenty of space to lounge around the pool or bbq. The framing bases were built with pressure-treated wood, and Trex Composite boards.
Bay Cities Construction provided Design Services, City Permit services, and Construction/Installation Services.
