A few years ago the Mistretta family hired Bay Cities Construction to design and remodel their condo unit in El Segundo, CA
Our main goal was to refresh the look of their condo unit. This condo complex was built in the 1980's and you could tell it hadn't been touched since then. The kitchen was completely remodeled with all new cabinets, new countertops, and a new layout to include a modern dishwasher.
We remodeled the master bathroom by installing two new pedestal sinks for a "his & her" layout and installed new tile throughout. The guest bathroom was given a refresh with new vanity, sink, and light fixtures.
This condo got brand new flooring throughout, and we installed a custom made wet-bar complete with a wine fridge.
Bay Cities Construction provided Interior Design Services, Floorplan Services, Submittal & Permit services, Project Management services, and Construction/Remodeling Services.
