Custom Kitchen Remodel and Windows with Santa Fe flair
This family in Sherman Oaks, CA first hired Bay Cities Construction to install custom-made Pella wood windows at. They were so impressed by our team and the quality of our work that they also considered us for their kitchen remodel.The owners wanted a new interior and kitchen to match the Spanish-Adobe architectural style of the home. In order to create an open concept we removed a large wood-burning fireplace that they never used, and we removed two (2) partition walls. We developed architectural plans to submit to the city and get this project approved. The owners wanted a rustic kitchen with a modern twist. Removing two palls allowed us to design a large island with plenty of cabinet storage and a Thermador Gas cooktop. On the opposite wall the refrigerator sits next to the pantry. We installed new engineered-wood floors from Urbanfloor that complement the rustic aesthetic of the new kitchen.
