Our Team of Pros recently installed a new 'cool' shingle roof in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. This is the third project we've don for this family. We began by removing a metal roof that had not aged well.
Once removed, we made all necessary repairs, installed new paper, and installed the new shingle roof. The customer opted for premium Owens Corning shingles that will provide protection for several years.
