Our Team of Pros is currently building this spacious, 950sf. ADU with attached garage in North Torrance, this is brand new construction from the ground up.
We began by digging a trench to make way for the slab/stem foundation, we installed gravel and poured over 3 trucks worth of concrete.
We framed the entire building and roof system, finished all framing and plywood installation, and finished the exterior stucco. We've moved on to the interior and built a brand new 2-bedroom ADU.
