The Markota family recently hired Bay Cities Construction to remodel and refresh this elegant Tudor-style home in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA
The homeowner wanted to bring new life to this home, so we began by remodeling two bathrooms with walk-in showers, updating the kitchen, installing brand new flooring (Waterproof SPC) throughout the entire house, new lighting fixtures, and new interior paint & exterior paint.
This home is large and features the perfect floorplan for entertaining friends & family alike. We made no significant changes to the floor plan.
The homeowners maintained the house very well, but a few electrical upgrades were necessary to get the home ready for listing. This neighborhood has several historic homes, and good quality really made this place stand out.
This is the 2nd project we've done for this homeowner, and we are delighted to have worked for them once again. Bay Cities Construction provided Interior Design Services, Floorplan Services, Submittal & Permit services, Project Management services, and Construction/Remodeling Services.
