Update: Suspension Deck for HOA in Redondo Beach, CA
Hi everyone,
Hi everyone,
Alex Rodriguez here with Bay Cities Construction. We have
a very exciting project going on here today in Redondo Beach, CA. We are replacing eight suspension decks for an apartment complex that has suffered tremendous termite and weathering damage. We had to rent a beautiful heavy-duty crane in order to bring in the beams and install them, each weighing about 750lb. So today we’re doing the work that would typically take about 7 or 8 people to do with a skeleton crew of three people; we’re installing the cross beams. As we progress, we’ll be sure to post some more content for you. Tomorrow, we will be fully staffed and we will start assembling the framing that will hold up the decking.
